MEETING SPACES
Grace Grove is perfect for small group retreats and intimate gatherings. With four indoor meetings spaces and numerous outdoor features, we can adapt to meet the needs of your group. From professional meetings to healing ceremonies, casual sharing circles to outdoor fire gatherings, morning yoga to cozy movie nights, this spiritual retreat center has everything you need to provide a unique and memorable experience. Meeting Room Amenities: To customize your meeting spaces, we have padded chairs, tables, pillows, back jacks, yoga mats, dry erase board, projector, screen, massage tables, large screen TV/DVD, stereo and high-speed internet access.

INDOOR SPACES
- The Log Cabin is our largest and most private rustic space. At 540 square feet it can be arranged conference style for 24 or lecture style for up to 40. This open spacious room opens to lovely garden and orchard views, and is also ideal for yoga, dance and music events.
- The Fireplace Room provides 300 square feet of intimate gathering space for a lecture of up to 20 or circle of 12.
- The Great Space is the heartbeat of our lodge with over 1200 Square feet of open space spread over two rooms. With vaulted ceilings, impressive log beams and natural stone flooring, this is our common lounge area. It is perfect for indoor dining, larger ceremonies, dance celebrations, music concerts or movie nights.
- The Sanctuaryis ideal when privacy and quiet are a necessity. We occasionally open this special 350 square foot space to groups with specific needs.

OUTDOOR SPACES
- Upstairs Deck: this 450 square foot deck is perfect for yoga, sunsets and stargazing.
- Front Porch: perfect for outdoor meals, casual gatherings and relaxation.
- The Grove Amphitheater: provides a shady canopy of Sycamore and Cottonwood trees. The beauty of Oak Creek, light breezes through the trees and sounds of songbirds creates a unique and refreshing atmosphere for your gatherings.
- Fire Circle: this space is designed for outdoor enjoyment from drumming circles and ecstatic dance to communal singing and storytelling. Subject to evening quiet times and local fire regulations.

ACCOMMODATIONS
All of our cozy overnight accommodations have organic mattresses and bedding with hand-carved wooden furniture. Most rooms can be arranged for single or double occupancy. Our rooms are equipped to sleep 11-14 people with additional accommodations in our main common lodge area, which can be converted to dormitory sleeping space if needed. There are four beautiful bathrooms which are each equipped with a shower. For those seeking closer connection with the earth we offer camping surrounded by Oak Creek.

MEALS
Our preferred caterers are prepared to serve your group’s meal requests throughout your stay. They offer some of the most delicious gourmet Vegetarian, Vegan, or Raw Food options. They use organic ingredients when available along with fresh produce from our gardens and orchard at various times of the year. We are happy to work with you to create a menu that suits your taste buds as well as your budget. Our kitchen is sometimes available to groups who wish to self-cater and bring and prepare their own food.
