A 30% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due one weeks prior to arrival.
To ensure your reservation, payment should be received within 3 days of reservation
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled retreat may be applied towards a future Grace Grove retreat within 8 months. There is a $100 re-scheduling fee. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable for cancellations less than 2 weeks before scheduled retreat. This is a FIRM policy.
