Only 15 minutes from the mesmerizing beauty of Sedona, Arizona, the Grace Grove Retreat center is a truly unique 25 acre sanctuary. Surrounded by Oak Creek, swimming holes, walking trails, river views, spectacular sunsets, organic orchards, vineyards and gardens, Grace Grove is home to an abundant variety of natural wildlife.

The main Santa Fe style lodge is designed to blend with the natural beauty of this desert oasis. The bedrooms furnished with organic bedding assure a cozy night’s sleep for single, double or triple occupancy. The meeting rooms can be flexibly configured to suit your needs. There is a large upstairs deck ideal for participating in sunrises, sunsets, yoga, meditation and breathtaking mountain views. The porch, deck, shady grove and fire circle provide numerous options for outdoor meetings and activities. Oak Creek surrounds the property providing the opportunity for a refreshing plunge in the swimming hole, a quick dip of the toes or just a listen to the soothing sounds.

Our proximity to Sedona provides us with convenient access to a wide and unique range of supplemental activities to complement your program. Optional healing services and programs are available to take extra care of your guests during their stay.

MEETING SPACES Grace Grove is perfect for small group retreats and intimate gatherings. With four indoor meetings spaces and numerous outdoor features, Grace Grove can adapt to meet varying needs of your group. From professional meetings to healing ceremonies, from casual sharing circles to outdoor fire gatherings, from morning yoga to cozy movie nights, Grace Grove has everything to meet your needs.

INDOOR SPACES • The Log Cabin is our largest and most private rustic space. At 540 square feet it can be arranged conference style for 24 or lecture style for up to 40. This room opens to lovely garden and orchard views. This open spacious room is also ideal for yoga, dance and music events. • The Fireplace Room provides 300 square feet of intimate gathering space for a lecture of up to 20 or circle of 12. • The Great Space is the heartbeat of our lodge with over 1200 Square feet of open space spread over two rooms. With vaulted ceilings, impressive log beams and natural stone flooring, this is our common lounge area. It is perfect for indoor dining, larger ceremonies, dance celebrations, music concerts or movie night. • The Sanctuary is the ideal space for when privacy and quiet are a necessity. We occasionally open this special 350 square foot space to groups with specific needs. • Meeting Room Amenities: To customize your meeting spaces, we have padded chairs, tables, pillows, back jacks, yoga mats, dry erase board, projector, screen, massage tables, large screen TV/DVD, stereo and high-speed internet access.

OUTDOOR SPACES • Upstairs Deck- this 450 square foot deck is perfect for yoga, sunsets and stargazing • Front Porch-perfect for outdoor meals, casual gatherings and relaxation • The Grove Amphitheatre – with the right weather provides a shady canopy of Sycamore and Cottonwood trees. The combination of the beauty of Oak Creek, light breezes through the trees and sounds of songbirds creates a unique and refreshing twist to your gathering. • Fire Circle- this space is designed for outdoor enjoyment such as a drumming circle, ecstatic dance, communal singing or storytelling. Subject to evening quiet times and local fire regulations.

ACCOMMODATIONS Cozy overnight accommodations, all of our rooms have organic mattresses and bedding with hand-carved wooden furniture. Most rooms can be arranged for single or double occupancy. Two rooms can sleep up to four. Our main common lodge area can be converted to dormitory sleeping space if needed. There are four beautiful bathrooms which are each equipped with a shower. For those seeking closer connection with the earth we offer camping surrounded by Oak Creek. We can provide tents or bring your own.

MEALS Our kitchen catering service is prepared to serve your group’s meal requests throughout your stay. We offer some of the most delicious gourmet Vegetarian, Vegan or Raw Food options. We use organic ingredients when available along with fresh produce from our gardens and orchard at various times of the year. We are happy to work with you to create a menu that suits your taste buds as well as your budget. Our kitchen is sometimes available to groups who wish to self-cater and bring and prepare their own food.

On-Site Optional Healing Services Available for the healing and relaxation needs or your participants, Grace Grove practitioners provide massage, colon hydrotherapy, energy healing, laser unwinding sessions, Amethyst Biomat treatments, far infrared sauna and detox ionic foot spa baths.
