Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled retreat may be applied towards a future Grace Grove retreat within 8 months. There is a $100 re-scheduling fee. Deposits and payments made are non-refundable for cancellations less than 2 weeks before scheduled retreat. This is a FIRM policy.

Deposit & Pre-Payment Information
A $100 per retreat non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation
A full refund less the deposit will be offered for cancellations two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within two weeks of arrival are held as a credit and are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.
